yes the coilpack is extra :( would be a benefit on any engine imh0...

thought you might like to see a few pics of the car being re-mapped yesturday......

"chiping" or remapping the ecu is done to work in harmony with the smaller pulley on the supercharger "68mm usally" the re-map changes the parameters of the ecu adjusting fuel/air etc to suit the new extra boost the charger is now putting out due to the smaller pulley... note. after spending the day with jeff (ex amd) remapping our project 16vg60 an of the shelf chip is not allways the best way to go about this.. a simple way to explain this would be to say..buy a one size fits all t-shirt,sure it will fit everyone but??? will it fit everyone aswell as each other ? I know people when writing these genirec chips take most senerios into consideration and they are very GOOD but imho if your budget will run to it get a custom remapp done specificlly for you car just my 2p's worth.(proberly with a bit of a fry'd brain after standing next to our corrado punching out nearly 300lbs of torque on the rollers all day even with a fuelling problem ) :lol:

it is very easy to to just check the condition of the bush on the tensioning strut as this can not be brought separetly if damaged.. also dont overtighten the 8mm bolt on the alt or else you will be having it resolder'd again >Sentance removed Sorry, we can't be seen to promote piracy on the forum. what u do to the duct does not effect the cooling of the brakes in anyway at all!!! what u do is to bond a piece of 65mm tube flush with the side of the duct ,this acts as a port to allow air to flow up to the air box/induction kit .... hth
