:twisted: ok how pi$$sed am I just rang body shop to see whats going on... handles dont lock and 2 marks on paintwork, he is going on holiday so I have to pick it up today or leave it there for another 2 weeks, (that will be 17 in total :s) so so angry so I now have to book it into another Body shop that can fix all the problems - and pay again :(

it this 2 seperate h4's?? for instance driving light is a h4 main beam is a h4 its not a double element bulb is it..... just thinking I might need 2 kits....

Ok really stupid question I have been offered a hid kit for a good price but they need to know what bulbs the corrado runs... I presume its 2 units, drivings lights main beam but what bulbs are they and yes I know im being lazy... :oops: Thanks tho

Ok so I got a 6 branch manifold blah blah blah, guy confirmed it was from his corrado... get it home - all excited... BIG PROBLEM put it along side my decat (which was removed for mot and will be refitted) and FOOK :x mr vr6 decat manifold :? :( WTF, is this off the golf or am i missing something :oops:

yeah there was problems with the mech, its all works perfect, just dont understand why it wont lock and stay locked :(

ok doors now working - glass in. tried to lock and it seems to lock then unlock..... is there any adjustment that can be done?????

Calling anyone who has done this mod or had it done... bodyshop are having problems with the mechs on these... 1st of all they got them to work but when window was in and up the mech fouled on the glass and wouldnt open :shock: And now with the window in - all is fine but now the car wont lock... all done by remote c/l anyone got any ideas? or even better pics of the inside so I can see the mech that has been used... Please help I need my C back Thanks :?

Hi guys n gals well car has been in bodyshop now for nearly 3 months due to various issues :x however she is started every couple if not every days just to move it, I did a oil change - filter new oil & tratment about a month ago and she was sweet as a nut... however last few days there has been some problems poped down today and she isnt too good at all :cry: put petrol in to be sure but it wasnt that, it runs and tics over / revs ok but seems to be missing? (runnign on 5 maybe?? ) anyway nothing has been done under the bonnet so I cant understand whats going on... and I havnt got a sparkplug tool to check if all is ok either...? anyone in ther Peterborough area fancy having a lookie? or does anyone have any ideas?? please help thanks loads Pete

jesus.... at least it was only one... solder the alarm cables and insulate it... if the wire if ok you prob wont have to replace it....

jesus... depends on how bad it is... if it is just a little melted, clean it up with a stanley knife or similar and insulate, if its worse; splice new bit of wire in and sheat shrink wrap it... lucky lucky man.....

I have picked up a second hand supersprint for much less than the £600, guy was strapped for cash... couldnt turn it down, spent last 3 evenings polishing it up again as it looks manky but the result i have achieved is cool.... is there any wrapping in particular that I should be using? links plz? What sort of benefit/cost would I achieve with upratted mounts and how hard are they to do.... A charger is definatly somthing that will be done, think I want to go out in a charged VR first tho,
