Hi all, just after abit of advise, iv been offered a complete Passat 20vt engine with a knackered turbo and was wondering how much its worth, also is it easy enough to mount into a mk2/corrado without changing much? (reason i ask is that the engine is mounted the opposite way to a mk2/corrado) Also been offered a set of Seat Leon Recaro Cloth interior, the only thing is that driver seat material has split from where the airback has popped open, was wondering how much this would go for too.. All opinions welcome.. Thanks :)

Id love to drive one, see what the difference is because driving it will be a whole different experience.

Iv seen his work and it is good, will go and see him for a more accurate quote because all bodyshops need to see the car first to give an accurate quote.

Rang him and he quoted £2000 without taking glass/panels off, think thats abit dear tbh.. Any views/comments on Base21 or Premier? Quality of work and what are they like to deal with.?

Loved the old VR6 Wondering if anyone has done a R32 in a Raddo and what are they like? Better on fuel to the VR6? The handling on them is spot on i know just thinking of getting a R32'd Raddo, any thoughts/information would be great and the main thing how much should i expect to pay for the above already converted?? Hi All, i need your help i need to know the names of any good bodyshops that you guys have had dealings with that you would recommend, i live in leicester so local to leicestershire would be ideal however i dont mind travelling for the right quality of work at the right price. Looking for wings/doors/glass/boot/bonnet off job and fully wax oiled underneath, my budget is 2k which i cant afford to pay twice so come on guys and girls throw some names at me.. :) Used to look like this: Then this happened: Now it looks like this:

If knobody knows then where can i get a wiring diagram for the rado windows?

Yes i have all the connector blocks, its all uncut and ready to fit its just the wiring in the pics im unsure of.

One for the wiring experts, Iv got a complete one touch window loom from a late rado and wanted to know what wires connect where, like light illumination/permanent 12v/negative etc.. Here are a few pics the wiring: Here is a Red wire which i think will be perm 12v, a brown/white, a red/black, a red/brown and a red/yellow which i have no idea what they are for. Here is a long brown/white There are two sets of these and im thinking they go the window regulators, a set for the drivers window and a set for the passenger window. The also appears to be a red/brown & black/yellow wire leading into a plug which im not sure about either. Any help to help me wire this in will be greatly appreciated :)

Hi, i recently fitted later spec VR trim into my 16v Rado and when i wired the mirrors up they were working back to front so i tried to rewire and switch some wires around but some wires touched and a couple fuses blew, iv changed the fuses but now the mirrors dont work.. Any suggestions as to what it can be? Any help will really appreciated... Thanks :)
