Has anyone fitted a kent cam shaft kit to there g60 ? and if so was there much more power , or can anyone tell the best cam kit to fit please. Cheers

Guys i was thinking of fitting a 2ltr gti golf mk3 engine in to my G60 and putting the super charger on it swopping all the bits over but i know the compression a lot higher on the 2 ltr but could i fit the the crank from my G60 1.8 to the 2ltr engine to lower the compression??? or is this just a wast of time and effort ????? cheers. :grin:

OK every now an then as ma driving the engine cut out like there is no fuel then cut back in the other night engine cut i pulled over was turning over not starting pull of fuel pipe this was pumping fuel through messed with the inj-relay this was clicking but still woould not start left it for a bit about 7 mins restart fired up got out my house cut out next morning still would not start recheck fuel was pumping through and it was pull the relay out opened it up checked for any heat damaged was ok no smell of burning refited but still not working messed about with wiring loom then it startted not sure why and now as am driving still cuts out but strait back in it can not be a blocked fiter? i just dont get it arrrrrr i just can not trust using the car !!!!

GUYS A MY CORRARD G60 keep cutting out then firing back up iv noticed that when I removed the fuel cap am getting pressure so am Thinking the fuel tank not breathing so vac - pressure building up causing Temp fuel stoppage or could I be very wrong also iv messed around with the inj--relay At the same time see if that working can anyone. cheers

Guys got an eye brow spolier iv never fitted one or looked at a corrado with one can anyone tell me are they easy to fit i need to paint it first ! i got some self tappers with it ?? but no fitting instructions :shrug: cheers .

guys i have seen a mk3 golf 8v gti enging 2ltr look like the same block off my k reg corrado g60! , what i want to do is get the 2 ltr block and swop all the G60 parts over to the 2ltr engine would this be a proble and would the ecu from the G60 unit work ok??? cheers all !! :D

SORTED it was the inj-relay causing the fault thanks for the help guys :D

I Cant do the pictures juust yet but ill try. had an auto electrian out he found inj relay inop and he could not do a full test on the ECU as he did not the program to test! The fuse bored all ok and he said the ECU is sending msg to the inj-relay?!!? so he said ! . thanks for all your help ill keep u posted cheers :D

can anyone help my G60 has just stop working it has developed a electrical fault i have no spark to the plugs also i can not hear the fuel pump kick when i turn the ignition on i have found i broken fuse type wire on a module that near the expansion tank not sure what this unit is for, can anyone give me some pointers to what this unit for and there are no blown fuse but did find a relay with a number 32 on it that was very hot?? . many thanks. ( before i have to get the auto electrician out ££££ )

PLEASE HELP ME !!!! I just rebulit my g60 after the bottom pully came loose but still i just can not get it to start i dont get it pulling my hair out got it at TDC rotor arms pointing at No 1 lead all the marks are set up. Iv changed plug ,leads cap dizzy coil, i just dont get it anyone got any ideas please !!!!!!!!! :mad2: :mad2:

I was thinking about fitting a Mk 1 golf gti oil cooler just to help a bit to my g60 can any one tell me if the oil filter housing unit will bolt onto the g60 engine?? cheers :)

Carrado wings are they bolted on or are they bolted and spot have weld on them 2 ??

HI all i got a 68MM pully but a standard belt will i need to get a smaller belt or will the shocker/tensioner be enough to take up th slack?? :? Many Thanks
