does anyone know about programming a laserline 288 model ? i bought a new key and dont know what to do

hi can someone please tell me how i can pair my remote fob with my car alarm system. i had lost my key and remote for my car, i have got the key replaced and now have the 3 button remote fob but dont know how to pair it. i bought my remote of ebay but dont know how to pair it, i was reading the other replies on this topic and someone said that you had to have the old remote key to pair a new one with this. I really dont know what to, is there a guide or anything any help would be appreciated. thanks.
