    G60 ECU and chip

    Hi guys, my friend had a bad ECU (injectors were fully open all the time) so he replaced it and now car runs fine. Thing is that his old ECU is custom mapped, we want to know can that chip be used. Is it possible that chip was bad and cause overfulling? If we use that chip from bad ECU can we destroy this ECU that is working? As you can see we dont know what was wrong with old one. Thanks everyone on help.

    Can someone with expirience recomend me what oil grade to use and what is good procedure for breaking in. It is G60 rebored to 81,51mm, schrick camshaft, sport valve springs, rsr outlet, 65mm pulley. Thank you for your time and Marry Christmas and all the best.

    I made it myself,it is very easy,i think that I used diagram from Matey-Matey It is much better with it

    Belt you need is 6PK1640 or 6PK1642,factory is 6PK1653 i think

    G60 4-1 manifold

    Hi to all.I want to put 4-1 manifold in my g60.Is it just fit and go or i must do some fine tuning with ignition or else?I am wondering because my friend put that manifold on MK2 GTI and first car didnt go like it should so he do fine tuning with ignition and after that car pulls like a pig(thats how we say),but still car dont feel good on idle Thank you

    on bahn brenner motorsport link have full kit conversion,maybe you can figure it out what you need
