this takes me back bud, try this, go into your fuse box try fuse 14 or about there(it's prob f**K*D)if it's not 14 try them all for all the time it takes you'd still be trying to start your Rad :D repace any fu***d fuses... now.... put your hand up and over the fuse board(behind it) and you'll find a wire ,pull it towards you (there is plenty of slack) and you will hopefully find a fuse like i did that was also fucKKD!!!! replace and say a wee prayer.... turn your baby over bud. Hope it's the same prob i had ,sure sounds like it... drove me mad for months-under £1 and it was fixed.... fingers crossed 8) Tango.

Hi, have had this ongoing problem for a while now... I put the key in and the engine turns over rev counter gets to about 1500 revs then dies,it happens again and a gain and again.. then i try it a 6 or 14th time and it turns over as if nothing is wrong!!! mental or what!!! what do you think moved or faulty immobiliser reader coil? are these easy to fit?? how much and wheres the cheapest prace to buy one, is there anything else i need to get along with the reader coil? cheers, Jim. 95 Mystic Storm.

l was thinking of freshening up the front end with a set of angel eyes,but i'm not sure whats good and whats sh*t!! I see a set of them on ebay but i need your help - what would you go for and where would i get them from and what price. thanks , Jim .

yes ,thats what i thought and bought it up straight away,not sure what cel it is mate just arrived at my work yest and still in wrapper,will check the mora,i've got a price if £60 for a replacement cat pipe,it's a milltek,is that a good price?? cheers, Tango.

ok guys,priced the sports cat,around the£ 400 -500 mark,then i priced the normal cat £150,then went onto a site i got the nod on ,http://www.cats4less.co.uk,and they are doing a vr6 cat for £88 thats delivered to your door!!!! got that and now looking for a cat replacement pipe and bingo job done- anyone got a good place for cat replacement pipes?? cheers, Tango.

had a wee problem like this with the rado a few weeks ago but could open from the inside,turned out to be a stupid wee f**kin thing that costs 80 to replace from thr stealers,new door handel and mec,but still pretty dear...works a treat now.....

problem with starting....... changed my steering wheel and it has seemed to solve my starting problem, how strange is this!!! ???

I don't believe this, this has just happened to my vr, it's as if the key has been removed, i tried it again and again and it kept starting then dying after about 1 second, then it starts after about 10 try's!!! what do you think it is guys????

cheers guys ,think i'll give the half tint a go, i was also looking at the Schmidt modern line 3piece alloy set up with the colour coded 5 spoke insert, has anyone seen them on in the metal?? i'v seen them in pic's but not real life stuff. cheers for you thoughts , Tango.

i think i read somewhere that the 2.8 vr6 is an import,all UK rado's are 2.9, i'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong!! is your rado modified in any way?

F**kin toss, they don't give a sh$t when they hit someone, even less when it's an older car and then they hit out with ,oh it's pretty old are you wanting it fixed, don't get me started!!!! i'd have wacked him!!! :x good luck with the repair mate.

nice one Peter, i just got my Rado 2 weeks ago,got a few wee problems but nothing major i'm hoping. will get a few pic's up when i work out how 2. getting a wee steam clean under at the weekend so i can sorce my oil leak, fingers crossed it's nothing major. cheers, Jim .
