I never did try these on my new porker rims.... as I find 205/45/16 on 8J to be just bareable!!!! Is it a real case on a bone shaker  :?: :?: :?:

Missed this picture out!!! All done!!!!

There's a Contact number in the begining of the thread.... Have you tried calling him to chase it up????
-
When I get chance I'll get the adapters machined down.... prob tuck under just nicely then!!!! I changed all the suspension myself and set the camber that way so the edges didn't catch the arch lips... The Colour is Magic Black pearlesent...

Alright dude.... Wasn't to sure to go down the D90 route, but after our meet, seeig your car mate did it for me.... Looking good fella :)
-
Was gonna get them polished, but with the winter setting in soon, I don't thin I could keep ontop of the polishing  I'll wait now untill next summer and get them chrome plated :D

These are the only photos I took really today.... I'll try and get some more shots tomorrow... 195/40's.... TBH very little in it for appearance, but I can't stand driving an uncomfy car... Still feels like speedlines for comfort, best of both worlds :) Yeh... Seen as I have 22mm adapters on front... I'll see how it goes, but I'll probably get them machined down a tad... Suprisingly the rears are yet to catch even with hard cornering.... I am gonna put up a sign in the window though..."No passengers allowed" :)

Looking front on, I quite like the cambre, but not to sure how it stands technically.... I put 195/45/16 to begin with bit i just didn't like the ride... So went back and managed to get him to change them to 205/45/16.....

Few nasty surprises when stripping my C's interior
mtc R32 replied to gsbellew's topic in General Car Chat
Shocking..... Talk about a cut and shut!!!! Where I get my cars painted they do alot of accident damaged cars... They had a 54-plate Corsa in there the other day. Car had been rolled!!! They were replacing the roof from a donor and replacing all the back end!!! Got talking to the customer whilst I was there.... He told me he didn't want to put it through the insurance so paying for the repairs himself!!! Shocking!!! Some poor person will buy this and never know the damage.. Totally wrong!!! -
You crack me up!!!! Top fella
-
I kinda like the way it looks at the front with the front wheels cambering too.... What are the advantages/disadvantages ????
-
I have had to adjust them to Camber slightly, as the fronts where catching on the outer edges.... They actually clear now.... Have I done a bad think?????? Will You must have replaced these for some pretty amazing suspension, cos these seem to be the daddy!!! :)

I don't know who else is running the Weitec Gt's, but after changin from Fks, although I'm not knocking the Fks.... they are excellent... The car just feels so right even at a low height.... I found the Fks to be slightly more comfy!!! But the Weitecs have alot more control lower down... But thats my 2 pence worth  Love my Corrado all over again.... Just thinking what to do next really!!! Everything I wanted do has now been done :?

Well Christmas came early for me..... All long awaited items finally came together this week. (Mission) Installed my Amp and Infinity bass tube (Thanks Ebay)... System now rocking I think its now Bath and Settee with a duvet.... Foookkkeeeddd!!! Oh yeah here some pics
-
What does everyone use on their window rubbers, especially the side ones!!! to get them looking new??? Hate it when the cars polished up and these look grey and matt  Ta
-
Are you still looking to sell it???? Surely not!!!!
-
Sam!!!! I'm concerned..... I think you've finally gone mad!!! If more power was a drink, you'd be an alcoholic
-
Cheers for that Riley... I've found a guy that has a set of H&R adapters at a good price, problem is they are 22mm thickness.... The Vr is I think ET43... Do you rekon that'll be ok or should I just stick with 20's??? I will be saving quite a bit with the 22mm so!!!! Thats 10mm stuck further out of the arches over standard wheel width and et setup.
-
Anymore for anymore
-
Ok.... whats the lowest ET I can go on 16's without them catching...ET52 with 22mm adapters takes it to ET30!!! Won't that be ok????
-
So 25mm gonna be out of the question!!!! (Sh*t)
-
Ok I need to get this right, so your help would be much appreciated :) I've got my set of D90's all 8J wide... ET52!!!! These are going on my Corrado VR 1996!!! Now I don't want arch issues, but i want them to be as far out as I can go as I want the coilovers woud right down to just above the tyres!!!! :) What thickness adapters do I need???? Really appreciate a speedy response as I need to order them asap... Cheers Chappies!!
