Well ive never had so much trouble looking for a car. usually ive found what i want within a couple of days but this time ive been looking almost every day for 2 weeks straight and havent even found one worth viewing yet. My last 2 G60's both black i found within a couple of days of looking.. had to travel about 200 miles each one but well worth it for the ride back. think i'll buy the trader next week and try test drive some local vr's. But im not trying to debate or start a fight at the end o the day there all corrado's and its those classic lines that i love. I'm mearly interested in the views of everyone.. anyone can say a G60 handlys better than a Vr6 but a VR will out drag a stock G60 as that is just fact but its the things like the chains and the oval cylinders that i dont know about. Having owned the G60's im well aware of the charger issues. but with them oming of age ive seen plenty of second hand and refurbed chargers come up for sale from brakers. So the VR has a wider track? by how much? But its the same body as the late G60 is it not? Thanks for the input guys. And your all right i need to get out there and drive a few. The extra's are whats drawing me towards the vr6 at the moment... but that creates a further problem... with so many reasonably priced storms about do i buy one of them and give up on my colour peference? lol..

Ok im sure its been asked befor and will be asked time and time again.. But whats the brass balls of this debate??? Ive had countless G60's in the past and am passionate about the speed of the supercharged 1.8 with the nibleness of the lighter engine so why should i be thinking about a VR6? Well I can tell you, the only reason i am considering a VR6 is because of the fine examples up for sale on this forum at the moment. I am really struggling to find the right G60 at the right money. Epecially when there are several fully loaded storms for sale at the moment at less than £2500 So tell me why i should consider broadening my search and take a look at a few of these VR's

i remember form the darkest depths of my memory form a time when i used to own a corrado a name of a colour been batted about as aubergine. would i be correct in thinking this is actually dark burgandy pearl LC3U or is it something else?

anyone know how best to split bbs wheels from the rims once the bolts are removed? also i need to know wheres best to buy deeper rims and i need 1 but will take 2 bbs rm's rim not important cheers all

anyone know what a good price on 2.0l je pistons are for a g60 engine? there compression ratio of 9:1. The bore is 3.268 and the dish is -.240. The pistons come with JE rings and pins. are they any good and would they suit a 2.0l 16v g60 once bored for the extra valve? on a regular 1.8 g60 would i need to upgrade anything else? ive a stage 4 charger chip and 68mm pulley cheers for the info

Can anyone help me out im after some SLC trim. I will be in colorado between march 22nd and april the first. I have a set of SLC auto seat belts that i want to retro fit to a UK car no biggy but the covers are missing from above the window and down piller behind seats i will try post a pic asap. i need gray trim can someone please price these up new from vag or check local brakers for availability. As i'll only be in colorado for 10 days and could really do with collecting these items as they will fit in my snowboard bag. Any help would be apprieciated.

my speakers make a loud pop noise when i turn the power on and when i skip tracks its happened befor in other cars but ive ignored it. the install was good for a coupple of weeks then i heavily loaded the boot . common fault??? anyone have a clue? cheers

its easy as pissin in the wind. (wind behind u obviously) hardest part is not damaging your roof lining. wear gloves as once your hands are dirty from fitting the roof grease oil dirt etc will transfer to your roof lining n its a bugger to clean the rest is like painting by numbers. lets in loadsa light. i have a black car so i also added a piece of tinting film to get it to look darker from the outside to match the car http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... t=moonroof

yeah im keen on 17's been out to measure my lenso's no wonder they rub like fuch they measure 8 1/2 inch wide might just buy some smaller for the frounts

what wheels you running? what offset? arch mods? spacers? any catching? ive 17' lenso mesh DTM's there catching the outta arch but also rubbing on the inners so looking to change them asap for some brand spankers

i think they really suit dark cars n would suit a white car not sure about some colours though. anyone decided they dont suit there car n wanna move them on?
