Yeah probs is because of the storms rarity, its weird how much difference in insurance though! I know the quote is cheap thats why i wanna find a car soon! It has a lot to do with where you live though im told so i guess my area is pretty safe lol.

Hi, I am looking to buy a corrado vr6 soon and have been getting insurance quotes. So far i got a good quote from the AA of £1200 fully comp (considering im 20 with only 1 year ncb i think thats pretty good!). So i start looking for cars to buy, i find an immaculate low mileage storm on piston heads and so i check the insurance on a storm and its £3200!! How can it be that much different between the two cars, hasnt the storm only got few more specs than the vr6? Looking at that i think i will go for the standard vr6! Rob H.

Haha yeah, thats a very common thing on my other owners club, people are always posting photoshop requests asking to change wheels, colour code, add body kits etc so yeah i would be willing to do that here as well :)

Yeah i wouldnt actually do this to a C much rather keep them standard. I would get the badgless grill though and some euro style deep dish wheels :D

I love that video as well i have watched it so many times and whenever someone asks "whats a corrado" i show them the video lol, that episode is what made me want a corrado vr6 :D (which hopefully i will get soon) Hamster couldnt praise it enough!

Yeah i agree mate, i wasnt going to cut the shelf, thats what i have done in my current car but like i said the 6x9's will be sold with the car. I will just use my current comps and tweeters up front, upgrade the rear speakers and use my current sub and amp to power it all. Thanks guys for all your help, im glad they are 13cm door speakers as they are the size i have at the min so i will be keeping my speakers :D i will need to get some rears though as i have 6x9's in mine at the mo but they will need to go with the car due to the gaping hole in the parcel shelf! lol. Hi, I am new to the site, i dont have a rado yet but am hoping to get one within the next few months. I wanted to find out what size speakers they have as i have upgraded speakers in my current car and if they are same sizes etc i would keep them. If you could let me know that would be great. Thats about what im looking at. I dont mind insurance as im still gunna be living at home, im still at uni and am just starting a year work placement where im earning good money so i just wanna have some fun while i got the dough then get a sensible car after uni when i think bout getting my own place etc. I might even keep the rado as s project car :D

Hi, I am going to be getting a corrado vr6 within thenext few months hopefully. I love the cars but i have never been in one or drove one. So therefore i am asking to be taken for a ride in someones rado vr6 (standard prefered) so i can see what they are like, and maybe to have a little drive. I would appreciate it very much.
