  1. what year was it when catylistic convertor on a g60 was conpulsory? mine was registerd ?/04/92 would mine need one for the mot? cheers
  2. ive seen andys work first hand, his work is to a very high standard. and literally he's polishing till there no skin left on his fingers. Ill be deffo having bits and bobs done by andy.
  3. check this out guys, sum1 on e38 got propa robbed by another member http://www.clubpolo.co.uk/forum/index.p ... opic=66521 just spread the word wudnt want anyone on here getting robbed, especially if there is summet you can do to prevent it.
  4. is it sounds like a mind feild m8. so ill deffo have to do wot i sed on the above post, i cant just take the shocks out with undoing the track rod ends etc.??
  5. yeah ive wondered the same, now taking the shocks off aint a prob. Problem being lukin in Haynes manual its sayng you gota detach the steering tie-rod balljoint and messing with the anti roll bar. i dont fancy messing with that cos ill mess the tracking up cant i just slide the shock off? by undoing the required bolts?
  6. need sum wee advice, rado failed mot on front top strut bearings. so ive order new ones, when i cum to replacing the bearings, do i have to take the shocks off? cheers
  7. right i piked up my porka 928 wheels today, and im not in no rush to get them fitted to the rado, so there a slow resta sort of job. I need sum advice on polishing. obviously they came painted so sum sort of paint remover is needed, but once the paint is removed how do i start to polish them. Any one got a step by step guide on what to do and use?? cheers
  8. ive just got hold of some porsche 7 slots for my rado, at the mo the rado is standard. right the wheels are Fronts: 8inch wide backs: 9inch wide now the fronts arnt a major problem, its the backs im worried about, ill have to use 20mm wheel adaptors too. what problems am i gunna be lukin at when fitting these bad boys?
