My local dealer says the specific one for the Corrado is discontinued, hes trying to get an alternative one at the minute, cheers

Cheers lads, I collected my refurbed rims today, will get some pics up when there fitted, also got new coolant bottle and some G12, battery cover and a new accelerator cable as the one in it is a wee bit stiff, also have the centre consol gauges which im going to fit tomorrow :D Cars in the back ground are breakers, most of them are pretty sad alright, very handy for spares tho :wink:

The only thing im missing from my Corrado is the First aid kit, are these still available from VW does anyone know, or where can i get one?

Also check the air intake for the heater, there is a seal between the intake and the body, if this has failed water will get in http://the-corrado.net/wiki/index.php/C ... er%27_Seal

What about the leather Recaros ??? where are they ??? i like that plate but to new for my rado mines 94 pity There in storage, looking for a nice economical 8v to put them in to!

Hey lads, i bought a Corrado VR6 in the UK 2 weeks ago, there was, what the seller called, a 'private reg' on it from new, as im in Ireland i now have to re-register the car to put it on Irish plates, i was wondering what the plate was worth? how do i sell it? any help would be greatly appricated!

Go for it Jim, im just after getting my Vr , 9 years after my first corrado, im loving every minute of VR ownership, the sound of that engine puts a smile on my face every time :D

Cheer up lads, the prices will rise again, especially as the cleaner low milaged examples become harder and harder to get, theres no other car id rather have, never selling mine either :D

Hey lads, did some washing the wk end and also sent a spare set of bbs solitudes i had for a refurb as the originals have some corrosion scabs, fitted a shorter aerial and a new vw badge to the rear. next up is tinting the rear lights, dont know wheather to put clear or smoked side repeters though? heres some more pics

There a limited edition that were made for the uk market, 500 were made, 250 in classic green with cream leather and 250 in mystic blue with black leather, 20 of which were auto, 10 of each colour, they have bbs solitudes, colour codes grill and two storm badges, other wise there the same as the regular VR6

No pics of the engine bay at the minute, ill get one at the wk end, i gave 10k for her, well worth it in my opinion as she is like new :D
