hi ive got a rado 2l valver and my head sounds abit noisy (rattely) i think my tappets and chain need replacing? is it expensive to do and how would i goabout doing it? whats the opinonsof getting my head gas flowed stage 3 for 300 quid is it gud price? cheers

oil levels fine 2. no leaking now. just never tightened it eneugh

ive changed both of the sensors the white and blue one. i think it mite be the oil thu. becasue when i changed my oil filter 1 day and drove 4 a bit it leaked like mad. stopped at the kwik fit and they changed the oil for there crap thin oil. whereas i had fully sythetic. is it not the oil thinning out and losing pressure?

hi i need help on my sunroof. it has never slided back since i have had it only tilted. but one of the slider has broken off. resulting in me having to jam a knife in the sunroof to close it. i have also noticed water in the pasenger footwell. i persume this is to do with this. can some one give me some help with this. what parts do i need to fix it where to buy from n how much?

my oil light comes on and off when it feels like. and also my temperature rises to about 110 when driving about the city can any1 help me? is it my water pump gone? and also thereis a wining coming from either my water pump or timing belt. cnt seem t find where its coming from. can sum 1 give me some advice and hlp plz. rob
