  1. I've got an Auto I didn't want one but the car was too good to pass up and three years later I'm glad I've got it, when your stuck in traffic its a breeze, but if you are at the lights next to something tasty all you need to do is wack it into first on the box selector and change up to second and third as for see fit :D and the double kick down will scare the pants off you the first time you do it
  2. That's OK, just though i would check (mainly as it got me the first time). You should be able to ease it forward alright when unclipped. You could try and get your hand round the back (ooh er, missus) and keep everything in place when you move it. Although you should be OK (please note disclaimer - any problems arising as a result of this advice are not the fault of the advisee)..... Good luck with it. I will try to easy if forward and give it ago next weekend, knowing my luck I will finally manage to the plug the connector in and find the motors on the Recaros dont work!!! Just out of interest which are of Surrey are you from as I'm in Ashtead (Epsom Downs)
  3. Hello Jmc, Thanks for the reply I have managed to unclip the fuxe box but I still can't get to the back of it without pulling loads of wires which I'm a little scared to do just in case one decides on poping out
  4. Before I start smashing my car up with rage :( I'm hoping someone can help :) I have managed to get the fuse box down but can't pull it far enough to get around the back to plug my spade connector for the electric seat movement and god only knows where the earth rail is. I'm worried If I yank it to much I'm going to start pulling wires put the back. Please Please give me some help cheers Paul
  5. Mine arrived today from Stealth along with the extra silicone hose £171.00 and delivered in under 24hrs MAGIC If the weather holds out she will be bolted on and ready to go for a tear up around the neighberhood

    BMC Help!!!

I have ordered a BMC for my VR6 and the shop told me I need to go for a Mark 3 Golf VR6 kit and this would fit then I got a call to say it wont fit and they need to make some minor adjustments so they require the air intake measurement. Firstly is there one just for the Rado? and secondly does anyone know the air intake measurement saving me having the dismantle the airbox :D Cheers
  7. thanks for the replies the BMC is is then :D
  8. I'm looking to get one of the above inductions kits for my VR6 and have got myself all confused  about which one too go for, one minute its the Carbonio then I want the BMC. Basically I'm not to bothered about the sound (dont want it to sound like a chavmobile as the wife puts it  ) just want a little more responce from the throttle. Which one do you guys think is best. Cheers

    Recaros

A mate of mine is parting with his Mk2 Recaros and I seem think I have read somewhere that they sit to high in a Corrado, is this the case? I'm only 5 10 so might not be a problem
