my local dealer also said that the revo is more aggresive but dies earlyer in boost where as the cc map is consistant and will pull all the way, id go for the cc as its hard enough to get the power down as it is unless you go lsd.

Alright mate, it will boost to around 0.6 standard which is fine and normall you can drive it as hard as you like. with the remap you'l be looking at around 1.2-1.3 bar and id recomend a custom code for the c as the revo may say its custom but is still a generic map whereas the cc is to the car. ive got a c with a 1.8t 20v and need an lsd but if there was a box with it already in it may be easyer and cheaper? any ideas?

do you find it difficult to get the power down, mine just seems to spin up or you have to take it slower but there valuable seconds wasted? do you no when there's a group thrash coming up in v performance vw and how do you enter?

just done my first quarter mile in my 20vt its standard apart from new exhaust with no cats and an air filter and was running 15.2 at 95.4mph, not brilliant but im happy, remap on the way!!

Ive just found a vr6 at a brakers with brakes still intact, they have drilled disc. how much are they worth and what do i need to fit them to my original 16v c? any help would be great dont want them to sell

I cant seem to get the temperature guage reading acuratly it runs at 110 from cold, i no that on vag com it runs at 90.c but need the guage to be accurate how do i wire it in? or get it at the right temp

has anyone got the tarox 288 6pot brake upgrade? what is it like as it not much more than changing to the 312 mk4 setup price wise and allows you to keep 4stud for your wheels

Can anyone advise me what anti roll bar to go for, i did read for vr6's only to change the back but is this the case with a 16v?

has no ine considered the tarox kit for £600 arguably it uses 288mm disc but has the benifit of 4 or 6 pot calipers?
