do you ever go to car shows as a group? I used to go with performance vauxhall group (yes i owned a corsa) :eek: and they were loads of fun, just thought it'd be a good chance to meet and get to know you all

i was wondering if you guys have ever done a rolling road day? and what would the possibility of doing another be?

i have heard that the corrado is quite fussy about suspension geometry and even after having her tracked on a number of occasions she still pulls left. i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where i can get it done? im also looking for somewhere to have some anti roll bars fitted. thanks lads.

sorry took me a while to reply, i dont mind traveling but i dont like the idea of leaving my car miles away and not knowing whats happening to her (yes i am paranoid). ideally i just need a rough price on the job lot, kit, fitting etc.

i have just got around to fitting my new sunroof and realised that the rubber surround needs replacing. the sunroof pannel came off no prolem but know its pissed up and wont sit right. when i activate the mecanism with the panel off one of the moving parts that mounts the panel to the rails sits slightly more forward than the other, i was wondering how can that be moved so they sit level with one another. not the best description in the world but you guys have helped me out before. :D

any idea where i can get the on board computer set up for my car? it works but is totally in accurate. for example the digi clock always reads 0mph and when it decides to change its about 50mph out, the mpg reads 19.0 all the time and its also aways -20*c in my car according to the dash :lol: any ideas where i can get it done and how much? thanks lads

afraid not as i dont have a digi cam, all it is is the previous owner has twatted the front and creased the slam pannel, i have a new one but its red, as for the interior its really just the carpet that looks like somethings been spilt on it and stained it and the front seat bolster has a rip on it, she runs like a dream and pulls like a train its just cosmetics really

my sunroof has turned into a roof scoop! the other night i accelerated hard and managed to peel the sunroof away from my car it now tilts the wrong way and doesnt open or close can you get and fixing kits or somethin as its never worked but now shes givin me a reason to fix it lol

as title, thinkin of parting company (but not sure yet cuz she'll be hard to replace) its a black 1.8 16v but has had extensive work including; new 2.0 bottom end with fast road cams and g60 box (est 165bhp) new brake pipes new brake discs new pads all round new bearings all round new suspension s/s exhaust new trackrod ends new wishbones new fuel filter new rear calipers and handbrake cables thts just off top of my head, the exterior and interior a bit tatty, the passenger elec window needs a new switch and my sunroof has died. (you can see y im thinkin of sellin her)

i was in you exact position, i had a knackard 1.8 16v and i got it swapped for a 2.0 16v with fast road cams and a g60 gearbox and you wouldn't think 200cc would make a difference but it does it pulls like a train all the way to 137mph (cant quite crack 140 though :lol:) and once i've had it sprayed i having a turbo added... here, maybe this will pursuade you... ok, i have given m car chance after chance and this is her last one. my car has had loads of problems and i really dont want to sell her as i dont think i'll find a nicer car to fill the void :( anyway enough of my sobbing... my cars developed a strange creeking (sounds kind of like a hollow knocking) coming from the near side rear wheel, it creeks when weight is taken off that wheel i.e when you turn left weight is transferred to right wheel and it creeks. second i have had a 2.0 16v engine with fast road cams put in and when its cold it struggles to start but when warm it can be turned off then started again with no struggling. third my temp guage not working and neither is the fan, would the fan not work because the temp guage is not? please if you have any advice please let me know as im at whits end....

wow 2 mins and my cars not cold. cheers lads really appreciate it. only thing is my temp guage still not working, any ideas on that? the engines out of a 1997 seat ibiza 2.0 16v.
