  1. VR6 | Blackberry | Dorset (Poole) Price: £1800 Description: After 10 years of reliable ownership I am selling my 1994 Corrado VR6 124,000 miles MOT - 17/11/13 The Good - Sunroof and Spoiler work Heated Leather works Heater Matrix Replaced 100% Original & Standard Stacks of history, bills, old MOTs etc The Bad Likes a drink of oil (up to 2 litres per 1000 miles) Small leak into rear passenger footwell in heavy rain Passenger seat back does not fold forward Passenger window runner is broken (window still works, just noisy) Fan controls only work on speed 3 & 4. Heat controls ABS light is on The Ugly There are a lot of chips, scuffs and a couple of dinks / dents on the bodywork. But the paint is bright and the lacquer is good. Wheels are original and could do with a refurb soon Hopefully the photos will show thes points (please excuse the dirty car) It does need 2 front tyres and the VED expires at the end of Jan. If I get the asking price I will get 2 new decent (Avon ZV5 or similar) tyres fitted and 6 months VED ready for new owner. I'm only selling as I now have a family and a Passat estate! I spent 6 months looking for this VR6 after my previous G60 was shunted by a discovery. In summary it has been used daily for the last 10 years and has been reliable and well serviced. However it does need a bit of time spending on it to address the above issues. I am working away at the moment with limited access to internet but I will do my best to respond in a timely manner. Edit - does anyone know the size limit for photos? Thanks
  2. Hi Dave, Another request for prices please, can you PM me the details? Thanks a lot. Welton
  3. Yep - I'll have one aswell please. Cheers
  4. Joe M This webcam is cheap at £13 but won PC Pro webcam test this month. You can set it up to act as a secuirty cam with motion dectection so it only records when something is happening. It also has infra red leds for recording in dark conditions. not sure how far ur car is parked from ur window but it might be what you are after http://www.ebuyer.co.uk/UK/product/98542
  5. Some of you may have seen this before Anyway, if this lot arrived at your house, which would you take out first?
  6. No can do - passenger door handle has been replaced and I dont have key :-( Central locking doesn't work if I pull the door pins either
  7. Cheers gav - I actually found that manual release last night. Good job too was seriously running on vapours, took over £60 to fill her up!!!!! Your instuctions were spot on tho..... Yep - I'm using the key to get in but it doesnt activate central locking. Just does the drivers door. Wierd huh?
  8. yes - i have used the small key to turn the alarm off but as soon as I turn it on again (using the small key on the alarm under the bonnet) it just goes off again and pressing the button will not tunr it off!!!! Any ideas? thanks a lot ps - is there an emergency/manual release for the locked fuel filler cap?
  9. here is a pic of the fob - can anyone identify the alarm type from it? thanks
  10. Hello all, Left interior light on (Doh!) and of course as soon as I got the car started the alarm was going off. However I could not turn it off using the fob. I think it is a laserline alarm, rectangle fob with 2 buttons - left button activiates\ deactivates alarm, right button panic alarm. also a slide switch on the right of the fob. I have put a brand new battery in fob but no joy. Any advise gratefully recieved, also how can I activate central locking using the key? Thanks a lot Welton

  12. Seriously lads - MPH show is awesome. Well worth going. I have a promotional code 'email 2' as I went last year - enter that when booking tickets and save yourself a fiver ! I'll be driving up early sunday in the Blackberry VR (took this pic the other night - colour looks good eh!)
  13. Thanks for all ur help lads The cable had been screwed to part of the window frame so the lock part of the handle came out a few cm but not quite enough to let the other end out. Looks like a cowboy fitted the window eh!!!!! All sorted now tho ta
  14. Yep the lock end is out, cable disconnected but I cannot pull the front bit out - I have pulled it really hard so much that the door is bending with it Reckon it is a cheapie handle and a bad fit Brute force it is.....
  15. Hello all Sounds stupid but I cant get my old door handle out - I have removed the screw from the inside of the door but I cant get the front out. I did my old '90 G60 and from memory there was no other screws, Should it just clip out ? passenger handle - '94 vr6 Thanks
