Cheers. I'll do a search. I'm based in Shipley so not too far from me. Seen some posts in ed38 bar from Vick N (Mod) recommending a place called R&G engineering. Based in around Ilkley. But I haven't enquired yet. Supposed to build race cars etc? Mine has had an MOT and failed so need emissions and ABS addressing immediately. I have a mechanic friend who means well but is not as experienced with VWs. But I just want it fixed and back on the road!! Haven't driven it in 3 weeks now!

Can anyone recommend a mechanic who is Corrado knowledgeable in/around the Yorkshire area. Been to plenty of indies alike and usual first line 'I haven't seen one of these in a while' doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence. I know the corrado is classed as a classic due to how rare they are these days but I can't help some mechanics see this as a reason to through £££££££ in parts/repairs. Expecting you to be minted or take for you for a ride because many places won't get involved in them....

Went to tps in Shelf (Halifax) today. Actually based behind main dealers near there garage area. Got a cheeky discount on top aswell. Don't seem to interested in corrado as such but good service all the same.

I'll make note of them when I go down. Needing a full service kit. I take I should be able to get oil from them aswell? Sorry for the all the questions I'm a novice to this.

Do they ask for part no and chassis no when looking etc? No listing of what they have available?

I was really surprised you could get the side markers as well. Body shop probably the easier option I guess. Have you bought much from tps? I called and spoke to guy there. Very helpful but couldn't tell me what parts they still did for corrado without part numbers etc.

Hi Just wanting to know what if any parts have people bought from TPS recently. I've got a VR and as TPS supply genuine parts was wondering if they are a better alternative to dealers than say Gsf etc. Bought some US side markers from them today but without part numbers they couldn't help for what else they did for the corrado? Anyone dealt with them? Ammo

Hi Kempy I've jus bought one this weekend. Thanks though. Probably long shot needing front bumper really. Got us tailgate, us rear tub. Bought brand new side markers from tps which I'm picking up tomorrow. Unsure what else was different really. Hence why I've just thrown it out there. Ammo Ammo
