dont know if its just cos its summer now but have recently noticed my car running a bit hot. Normal driving oil temp is 104 and after hard driving 118. The fans and thermostats cut in and it does cool down a bit but never gets below 100 im a bit concerned that these are a little high. Anyone else think the same?

Ive got an average 2.0 16v. £3750 anyone? You cant put a price on exclusivity and style and il never get bored of watching peoples faces when you raise the spolier in traffic! -

Just wondered if someone could tell me if the early grey interior had a grey or black gear gaitor. My car has got a nasty aftermarket one and wanted to change it cheers sam

i bought a stripped door today and when i got it back home the rubber that goes along the bottom of the window is diffent from the one on my car. On my car the upright rubber strip goes behind the horizontal one and on the new door it is the other way round. does anyone know why it is not the same. Als think ive bitten off more than i can chew buying a stripped door. i cant really even see where to start so many rivets and wires!! any advice? cheers sam

Is your Corrado the most unreliable car you've ever owned?
WHEELER1 replied to Jay2's topic in General Car Chat
bought my first rado last summer just for weekends. Literally the first dozen times i drove it something different broke! However thats exactly what i wanted in a car. It so boring driving a company car everyday never being able to scratch that tinkering itch. Its been reliable since though so looking towards restoration now rather than repairs role on the summer! -
sorry didnt mean to sound so negative. Just getting desperate why are all the corrado parts in the north! good luck whichever way you choose to go!

if you break it please please please! can i have first dibs on the doors and rear bumper! cheers sam

just seen that you can get a set of jamex coilovers for the rado for £227. does anyone know if they are any good or if there is anything better for the money?

Picked up my rado today from tsr after having the kr cam fitted and no offence to them but i cant feel any difference at all. Was I expecting too much or is the power difference very subtle? had jetex panel filter fitted at same time with the hope of being happy with the extra power but sadly dissapointed. Maybe its time to move on to something more powerful!

I want to do track days in my 2.0 16v rado but i keep melting my brakes with just a little bit of fast road driving. Without changing to drastically large brakes what can i do to keep the dreaded brake fade away?
