This sunroof will open but will only close on one side, is this the runners or the cables? :(

Hello i have an L reg VR6 and i have the usual sunroof problem, It opens but does not close and does not slide, I presume the cables are kapput I was just wondering the best place to take it for repairs or where to go for the cables and advice on fitting the cables as i have a mate who can fit them He used to be a VAG master tech down in Milton keynes but now works for himself. I live in the birmingham, coventry area

Hello i need a new cam sensor for my 1993 VR6 can i only obtain this from a main dealer or can i buy it from an aftermarket place? I have checked the ususla suspects and cant find one? If main dealer only how much am i looking at? Also can i buy the wiper conversion from anywhere else? My wipers are useless! :shock:

Hello i own a 1993 VR6 have owned it for about 6-8 months and its a pretty fast car, Would like to know what is the matter with it, It has a hesitation when accelerating and is a little lumpy, My corado has done about 126,000 with F/S/H and is in pretty good condtion its got full leather interior and the usual tilit but no slide sunroof and for some strange reason the electric mirrors dont seem to work? Apart from the little niggles its a great car and is very comfortable to drive.
