can i fit porsche boxter callipers to vr corrado and what parts would i need to fit them? cheers

so if i clamp the hose end up lossen nipple and fit a halfords foot pump to nipple and pump piston should come out ok cheers for all the help thats 2moro morning sorted

dont do it i was in a similar position this time last yr and bought and r32 hated it and im now happerly back in a corrado

yh thats what im affraid off the c is still my daily for the nxt 2 months and when i get it apart i will just end up replacing more and more till i end up sunday nite with half my car on the garage floor what parts would you recommend replacing?

have managed to have a look this morning and im sure its cumming from the driverside at the frount looks to be prity near the rad so i guess its that is there anything else that side that it could be?

does any one have any gd pub ammo about the corrado, any of its engine formats or vw intself such as famous corrado owners or fantastic corrado facts ?

cheers came out of my old r32 which im so glad to be rid of much prefer drivin the c about

the heater controls are held in place withe the top two mounts that are there to mount where ash tray was they are still held v secure its lo0ks like it came out the factory like that the only thing i would say is the heater controls are slightly more recesed on the right side compared to the left but i only no this cus i did the job you cannot tell when sitting in the car also there s alot of chopping of the centre console and metal tray behind im v happy with mine and looks so much better than a halfords job but no more tom tom

cheers for the help got a few things to check 2moro would it make any odds if i said the steam came out of the front of the bonnet probably slightly closer to the battery side and usually when the engine has been running slightly harder

have a quick question every so often my vr6 c decides to emit steam from under the bonnet some days its fine and theres no steam and the collent has not gone dwn and some days i notice a bit of steam and the collent level drops i have had a search and seen the most common problems but was wonder why it only leaked sometimes and not others and does this point in a certain direction as everytime it is light enough to c where steam is coming from i dont get steam and when its dark or i dnt really have time to investigate its there cheers if any1 can help :help: :notworthy:
