Any idea, -Changed fuel pump relay - ECU relay - Cleaned isv - New temp sensor - New battery Next - Ignition switch - Starter Motor -Fuel Pump any idea guys this is really annoying as you can see if i put my foot down after a few cranks it starts, i also noticed if i leave the key in the 2nd turn position it starts a bit better Noticed the fuel pump has a really high pitched sound how, do i tell if its going?

Hi matey mine just went and I got one from a breaker vw only sell the whole thing maf the lot a vr6 ford galaxy used the same part and you can buy it singly around 40£ on my phone ATM so will find part numbers later or use the search

Immob all seems okay, After a few turns, it starts fine just have to put my foot down and rev it a bit. It will start il turn it off then back on and it will start fine, but when left wont. Recently had it on VAG com and no faults. Its M reg. What numbers are these relays? ( goes to do search) Thanks for the reply.

Hi Guys wondering if you can help, Before people start i have tried search - Cleaned ISV - New fuel filter - New Blue temp sensor - New battery Been having this issue for a month now. When i start the car it cranks to start, goes to start then cuts out, second attempts does the same, third attempt i do the same and it backfires (very loud pop from exhaust) Sometimes it starts second go if i put my foot down on the accelerator, why is this? I noticed that if it starts and i turn it off, then start it up straight after it starts fine. But when left for over 5-10 mins wont start on the first turn of the key without help from the accelerator Could the issue lay with the fuel pump, reason why i think this is that over the 3 turns its building up pressure then finally starts and runs fine, turn it off and still has pressure left then over the 5-10 mins pressure is lost being the reason it wont start.?? Any help appreciated

manages to get the whole new door rubber to replace this trim, i think its oxisised over the years and hasnt helped the cars been broken into Just wondering on suggestions on how to replace it heres a photo of the said part hope you can help

Trying to clean up the engine bay and toying with the idea or putting the battery in the boot anyone actually done this and whats the best way to do it. any experinces of the battery lagging because of the extra distance it has to cover ?

thats just an opinion though matey i am sure its even better with the headlight loom but there must be owners that just run the brighter bulbs with a standard loom

So wht are results like anyone running uprated bulbs on the factory loom my lights are so poor thinking of getting some Halfords bulbs as they are on offer at the moment
