Up date few new pics picture after engine bay clean again, with eyebrow removed having the zorst changed at powerflow, very pleased with their service putting her on the g60 steels quick video,, not the best !! More to come, brake pads, wheel bearing and track rod ends to be fitted this weekend Need to colour code the mirrors aswell!

am trying to get an engine pic up but their all too big on photo bucket! ha,, yeh the front bumper has been chopped a bit for the intercooler, its so low the splitter got ripped off by the previous owner, so am in the process of buying a decent 90 mm one

Right well Ive been on here a few months, after buying my C off Joe_60 on here about a month ago , thought id do a post to show you what she looks like together with what Ive already done to her and what Ive got planned.... so here goes! Spec: 1989 G reg, originally 1.8 16v Aqua Blue Converted to a 1.8t using seat leon cupra engine Mapped to 150hp low boost, and 235hp high boost Porsche seats, rears and door cards re trimmed as-well heres a few recent pics with bonnet bra, g60 steels, original mirrors and new exhaust fitted: I wasn't overly keen on the Porsche twists so today i went to my mates works where his friend had 4 g60 steels, two with tyres and two without, i gave him £160 for the wheels and two tyres, then paid £26 a piece for some middle range 195/50/15's ,, i think they suit the car really well, i also bought two of the centre caps (two more are on order) and Im awaiting the nut covers! New exhaust I love how it looks now! On the to do list is: Colour code wing mirrors Fit bonnet bra (weather permitting!) Fit nut covers and two more centre caps Replace front speakers and head unit Forum stickers in the rear side windows Fit 90mm splitter Yellow head lights? Boost gauge in heater vent New front pads Any thoughts or comments, welcome Thanks for looking guys

Hi guys,im a newby, in a few weeks will be getting my mates r , its a G reg used to be a valver i think ,but now a 1.8t conversion , its running g60 brakes on the front and mk4 rears, my question is! Ive searched high and low aswell on this topic and have found an array of answers! am i best going for Borbet type A's with 7.5 on the front and 9 on the back , is there much arch work for these Or.. can i go 9 all round with not much work Shes on coilovers and pretty low, but i will be raising it to get up the farm drive! And finally am wanting to put the standard wing mirrors back on as it currently have mazda mx5's on, anyone have any idea of how easy this would be again ive searched but to no avail! Thanks very much for your help in advance look forward to meeting some of you when i get her! cannot wait !! :clap: Dan
