ive had the scirocco one a few times but what made me laugh was a young school kid pull his mum back and say look mum its one of those collarado,s :lol:

my central locking done the exact same thing. i was planning to get sorted but in the mean time it packed up completely wich was all within a couple off days so i would get it looked at asap mate. i dont no if it can be repaired or needs a whole new moter good luck

i was thinking the same thing the money that gets spent on the cars on here. im a g60 owner without a pot to piss in u all obviously work hard for it fair play :lol:

would anyone let a a half decent mechanic service there super charger the reason being is i recently brought a g60 after owning a 16v.i had all the big ideas of getting the the engine done stage 4 charger etc but getting laid off has really p;;;ed me off as i got the car with no servce history for the charger and the car has done a fair few miles so my main priority is getting the chager serviced and g werks prices are fair but i just dont have the money??????? plz any ideas on the best way i should do this :confused4:

a bit off both really. im having no probs at all engine wise just the only service history i have is came belt change 20 000 miles ago and little bits hear and there.just whant a bit of advice from someone with a bit of savy as to what they would do first :shrug:

cheers. these engines aint like a mrk 4 escorts. gonner get the charger sent off first just to be safe new cam belt there is so many things i whant doing but getting laid off last week dont help just glad i got the car any ideas on things i can do myself

can someone help me i first brought a corrado 16v cos i just loved the look of them but owning the car for more than a year and having no real probs with car untill the missus used it for school runs (wich killed it) i new my next car had to be a corrado g60 ?vr6 i endid up getting a g60 but having no real clue about these engines and seeing all these threads about this pulley and stage 4 charger etc. can any help me as a newbee on what to check first engine wise b4 i start spending money on serious mods :wave:

na engine running fine at mo but not much service history and having done so many miles really paranoid bout chager blowing and how many miles engine has left

i have a g60 wich has done quite a few miles 215 000 was wondering if i got a low mileage standerd corrado 8v could i put my super charger throttle body and other bits straight on as it is just a corrado 8v with super charger

i take it the best place to get it done is g werks?? i saw a post about the main bolt that holds the cam pully on is this easy to fit myself i dident realise how much work these cars need to keep them running sweet this is me second corrado there is obviosly somthing about them
