Hi Dukest I'm not sure if we've met, but I remember you were one of the first customers to leave your car with us, nearly a year ago now. Glad you can be there on Saturday. Will say Hi! And, before this turns into the 'guess what FTF stands for' thread - it's Felt Tip Fairy - further explanation on Saturday, if required! :D

Just to let you know that there'll be some children's activities on the day, including a drawing competition, for anyone who might want to bring their kids. Looks like there's going to be quite a crowd. Looking forward to seeing you all. Karen, FTF
