No welding involved... I like making products that people can bolt on in there garage.Welding is not something you can do in your garage :sleeping: As for the alternator it will be mounted below the charger so if you want AC then expect to rear mount the alternator.

will probably need to get another alternator in there or rear mount it for the AC fans.

Hey Mate, Thanks for having me. PG bottom end + ABA crossflow head + AZG/AEG intake manifold. One of the biggest advantages of the crossflow head is the lack of head soak in the inlet manifold.Not sure how much more power will be had but I am willing to throw it on the engine dyno to find out.
