Lol yea I'm very confused at it all. I wont be able to get pics as the radio is fitted at the moment and a pain to take out and fit again. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PC5-137-VW-Bora-C ... _993wt_939 What I am asking is do I need something like this to connect to the original black aerial wire the flat black round this is what I have but need to connect a din connector to it :shrug:

Hey guys I have recently bought the vr6 plastic engine cover as mine was missing :cry: How do I go about attaching it to the engine I can see there are 2 holes for bolts which do I need? I also got one of these This also has a hole for a bolt what do I need for this

Right guys have no clue when it comes to electrical I am girl after all lol. I have intalled a new radio and as far as I am aware its a din connection to the radio its a long thin shaft on the radio :confused4: I cannot get the original radio wire to fit because it round and flat so what do I need to get it to work any clues?

Well had a good morning on the car today sun was out but still chilly ah well.I cleaned all the headlining as it had lots grubby oily hand marks :mad2: Come up like new pics below :D Before After Before After Bucket after Also hoovered car and cleaned the leather so inside looks nice and clean :D

Yup all standard without induction kit added insurance is 620 quid so big diffrence :D

Yup tried the specalists and its 1600 quid for me to keep the induction kit :eek: So ripping it off and putting standard one on for now :D

Nothing for the mod side but it needs sunroof fixing and passenger seat heating needs fixing. Plan is to just do it up slowly for now :D

Here is my new Carrado :D Picked it up on Sunday been great love driving it 8) Needs some body work doing and sunroof don't work but other then that is great.

So :mad2: my insurance company have very much messed up. First of all they started it for the end of this month and not in September so drove my car back with no insurance :mad2: Then to make it worse they wont insure me now because it has an iduction kit so I now need to source a standard air box for a vr6 :mad2:

Hello guys The VR has just started chugging today very strange. It seems a little bit jumpy in 2nd and 3rd. It fine at higher gears and revs right up as normal seems when its just idling seems alomost lik its coming from the exhuast :shrug:

Lol yup im finding that out pretty quick :) I love the car though and the sound 8) The only other thing ive noticed just before the clock lights seem to be very dim I have adjusted the scroll thing and not made any diffrence :( My dad reckons its an earth and that why they dim? Ive been getting so many looks today I don't think people round here know what they are lol :cuckoo:

Looked up the loose center console will order some bits asap :D My passanger heated seat dosent appear to be working :( Need to investigate that :help:

Thanx guys :D Cannot wait to drive it tomorrow! I need to try get a cheapish cd player fitted tomorrow as no radio fitted. But there appears to be an upgraded stero system in it 8) The only thhing is the whole console between the 2 front seats seems to be loose for some reason strange :shrug:

Got it :D Very nice car engine is mint like new drives very well 8) The bodywork is in good condition but needs some work to get it looking little better and also sunroof dosent work but nothing I couldnt get fixed :) Had a awesome 2 hour drive back what an awesome car to drive got so many looks aswell :D

Sorry my bad yea meant 190bhp having a blonde day today all the excitement tell I don't get out much? Yea the ka is actually pretty good fun if you give it some :tongue: handles very well for what it is. Ive had some good fun it over the last few years but need more power now and the VR fits the bill for me :grin:

Lol quite right the ka was brand new though got good deal its got me around for three years but always missed my golf not quite the same driving a 1.3 box on wheels. Ive just sold it for half of what I paid so more money for the corrado :D . Urm 1.3 76 bhp to 150bhp yea quiet a leap all good fun though 8) My friend not liking me getting a car that powerful even though he drives a brand new Honda Type R. I recon I could have him in the VR :grin:

Hi guys Just sold the ka today got more then i thought i would get bonus :D . Means I have 2k to find a carrado now 8) . Going to see one on sunday be my first ever corrado 2.9 vr6 aswell :D Carnt wait to get one. :grin:
