Cheers mate, after finding out best options with all red rears ended up geting them from a company in germany who only do lights, they ship them over. Came recomended and im well happy with mine, there lacquer but you would never tell, done really well ! If you want details can foward them.

Hopefully ive done it right and finaly heres some pics of my corrado vr6 !! Is my 1st corrado after owning a mk2, i bought it in october last year from a chap who owned it 9 half years ! It comes with a dated file and service history full of recipets and was COMPLETELY standard and clean ! 106000. I used it as it was for 6ish weeks while i got new parts..k&n...coilovers...rh zw1 stretched tyres...pressed plates....white bulbs all round....all red rears ! I then booked it in at recomended vw garage to have full service and the work. I soon got a phone call to go up garage where underside was not to good ! So we went for it and changed everything bar the frame with new genuine vw parts... mounts , bearings, bushes, rear axel bushes, all bolts brackets etc..on and on ! Finaly got it back ready after the snow cleared couple weeks ago. Im well happy with it and it drives spot on ! Ive taken some pics but have since got bonnet bra on, debadge grill when i fancy a change, 288 red calipers, new omp pads all round and drilled grooved discs all round ! Interior is really claen, i have put decent head set in. Looks like il go for new std 1s then from what you all said , wheres best for me to get them from ? Are you saying the £35 1s from dubpower aint a great fit ? Or as good as standard ? cheers for the advise !

Just been contacted from the people i ordered my ht leads from to say there not suitible for 94 vr6 ! So im looking for a good qulity perfomance set for my 94 vr6. Any advise be great and also where best to get them from as i want to get them on this week ! thanks

Hello mate, oh ok nice one, ive ordered them now so can get them on next week ! Goin for cams like you said...but what you think about NGK Iridium Spark Plugs and k1 perfomance ht leads ? Seem good upgrade for low cost , i have them but havnt put them on yet.

Hi, i got some mk3 golf vr6 calipers for my c vr6 and need discs and pads... on the listing on ebay and sites mk3 golf pads and discs go 92-95 the 95 on.. what is the difference as im unsure what year the calipers are of so dont no what 1s to get !? thanks

We have a mg zt cdti family car, very tidy 1 owner etc, nice car normally use same garage for my family car and van but its gone after years !!! And the only other garage i use is busy finishing my corrado so i went to a while you wait at asda knowing the car felt drove spot on ! Any way it failed on.. Offside rear brake pipe excessively corroded !! Is this a common mot blag to get money out of me or true.. what is the brake pipe ? as i asked him, oh so you got change the brake hose, he "said no ! just a section of the brake line" ! Lastly he wants £60 +vat on top to do it, is that fair or shall i take it better local garage and pay £35 mot with them ? any advise please ! thanks

Ive been seeing alot of a what looks like green corrado around the new lane area west leigh havant hampshire, always been dark and not been able stop but think its on chromed bbs (maybe rs) any1 on here ? Also couple of times grey 1 in horndean area hampshire going along london road, again moving but looked like maybe 17 audi alloys ? any1 ? cheers

IM after prices from uk based companys on this kit and also just the 262 autotech cams alone, both supply, and a supply and fit price if thats offered although i do have garage to fit. Its just there easy to get from america but hi shipping/taxes and alot of hassle if bits missing or wrong etc ?? any help on finding these be good ! thanks

Yer thats the prob i can only really find info on the schimmel cams..which is good but they are alot more money ! hopefully find some1 who has the autotech cams fitted. Im not a mega racer just want that extra bit of power, but at double the money wondered if the schimmel are worth it or the autotech perform just as well ? cheers

Hi, im wanting to order new cams for my vr6, was going to go schimmel 263 until few people metioned Autotech Sport 262° 12V VR6 Camshaft Set, does any1 no what sort of performance/bhp difference there is as the both have same guarentes etc but massive price difference ! Autotech Sport 262° 12V VR6 Cams or schimmel 263 is what i want to no ? Is it worth ordering any little bits at the same time as the if i get autotech there alot cheaper ! thanks

Im also just about to order leads and plugs so just after your views are these a good choice or can you recomend better..im going for K1 performance ht leads, and NGK Iridium Spark Plugs, both new. thanks

Thanks for your comments so far in newbie section, as for getting pics on, i get it back next friday so will get some on here. As for the timing chaines.. if all looks ok, and it certinly sounds ok with no clattering noices etc theres no need to change..right ? Also as im doing schimmel 263 cams,k&n, full system,288 fronts i was thinking bout geting a performance clutch fitted, is this good idea or best to leave it untill chaines need doing ? If so any recommended clutch kits ? Lastly to go with my full system, hi flow sports cat etc, well im doing it for not alot more i can have a fast flow staniless manifold... is this worth doing well the works being done..?
