well bac to what chubby brown said bout gettin a real mechanic to make something up!! thats what i did i cut the union off the end so it was an open pipe (to get rid of the hole in it) then put the union bac on and used an olive to crimp it in place till i can get hold of one!! Cheers anyway people

i insure my mk3 golf tdi for £700 and my dad has put my corrado on his traders policy at no extra cost so the corrado is covered and i can drive it through the 3rd party extension on my policy!! 2 cars for £700 and im only 19

i find it hard to belive too it is also the same on pre 1990 passats too the are different to the golf 16v ones but the same as the g60 ones so will they be the same as the corrado g60 ones :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

this was my problem (quite a common one for corrados) and this is what caused it for anyone who does not know what it is It is the pipe from the gear box the chassis leg on my 1990 16v C with a hydralic clutch but today i have found out this is a discontinued part! but i dont want to but one from a scrap yard cos i will prob be in th same situation in a weeks time!! can anyone help me with a place to get one from?? im in north yorkshire cheers

was drivin alond at the weekend and each time i changed gear i had to push the pedal further down!! andyone any idea what is leakin??

had a fiesta sport only had 2 engine mounts (out of 3) 2 snapped springs big crack in winscreen fans and heater didnt work at all!! and it only lasted 2 weeks!!! lol

it failed on rear OS caliper leaking handbreak headlight adjustment 2 bushes and white light for indicators Front box on zorst blowing(will be removeing it!!) Will cos me bout £60 to repair and £90 for tax so looks like im still on show at donny!

my 1990 16v is in for an mot tomorrow afternoon what is it likely to fail on?? has anyone any idea?? ( what has you c failed on?) need a roungh idea on how much its going to cost me!!

best thing to do is put one small L.E.D in your wing mirror then you have a visible light from the sideeither on the end of the mirrow or on the bottom. that is what i will be doin as i have checked with th test station

dont drill the air box get a proper induction kit for it they are bout £75 and made by piperX best move i made and works better than the drilled air box!!

i have got a 1.8 16v and i want to know all the performance figures for the car as i only knoe the bhp at the mo can anyone give me a link to a site and post them?? cheers
