At this rate it might be better to strip the car and sell as spares. Some silly offers of 3.5k being offered. Car is advertised on Pistonheads also -

Never had this problem After a quick blast in the vr this morning I came back and did the usual check making sure everything works before putting it back in the garage. Pressed front fog light switch the normal ring around the edge of the switch didnt light up plus no fog lights on Strange!! Tried the rear fog light...again the orange ring around the edge didnt light up and no fog light Strange x 2 Looked at the fuse and noticed that the fog light fuse had blown (number 10) 15 amp. Changed it over for a new one.. smile on my face :) Oh no Started car up and turned on the main light so I can put fogs on... pressed fog light switch and fuse popped....grrrr!!!! Any ideas?

Sorry for delay in replying, I have replied to all PM's The car was sold but bloke decided to start offering me 4.5k for it after a 30 minute test drive. What a waste of my time and a lovely Saturday afternoon The price is low at 7.5k. There is no movement in the price as I think the car is worth that. -

This year I was at Tatton Park VW show and there was a company who would make me a new key up but also programme the new key I got a buisness card but have misplaced it. I remember him saying that I could send him the key and he would sort it Any ideas?~

I have noticed over the last few months that the humidity in my garage is around 80% which is to high for the garage so I have a feeling this is why I am getting rust bits appearing on my corrado over the years when the car is stored. Humidity levels are around the 40% mark in the house. I have put a dehumifier in the garage but still the levels are around 80% so I have just left the garage door slighly open at the bottom to get some fresh air in the garage hopefully I can get the level down a bit. Question is what does everyone else do when storing their vehicle over the winter months to keep rust at bay?

At Tatton park this year there was a VAG car key programming tent as soon as you entered the event. At the time I took the number down but now have misplaced it. Anyone any ideas of the company *I only have two keys but the 2nd one hasn't got the imboliser bit in it so car won't start.

I had a look last night and looked at the fitment where the centre box joins the back box and noticed that the bracket was hitting the ABS thingy. I moved the bracket away and it seems to have solved the issue. I will have a run out in the car at the weekend and report back. Fingers crossed it has resolved the issue.

I replaced the rear hanger rubber with a powerflex one and it still makes a noise. Some things I noticed after changing the above When car is stationary everything sounds ok When driving on a straight road you can hear it hitting something If you hit a pot hole or the road is uneven it gets worse. No more knocking is noticed when getting hold of the rear silencer and moving it up towards the heat shield The only thing I can see is that if I move the exhaust side to side it could hit the side bit of the exhaust cut out on the lower bumper. The noise is there from cold. Magnex are not interested in helping me sort the problem and have no info on file of the design of the Corrado exhaust Driving me round bend. The Magnex exhaust is really badly designed. Why couldn't they just use the original OEM hangers. Anyone got any info on the Magnex VR6 exhaust?
