Been trying to list my VR6 for sale the last few days fill the form out load the pictures go to submit the add and the next page comes up with an error and cannot continue any suggestions please

I just found your message in the VAG-COM thread. I'm also in Eastbourne so was hoping you could help me out :-)
I have a 2000 Audi A3 1.6 that has a replacement ECU fitted. I was hoping to recode and match the ECU to the car using VCDS-Lite (Shareware) and a generic interface cable as I'd read up that you could do this, but havn't had much luck. I think it's possibly down to the cheapy cable I'm using so have ordered a better quality one to try out (which will hopefully arrive tomorrow)
If I can't get this to work with the new cable (should know by the weekend), is it possible I could hire your services to plug in and match the new ECU to the immobiliser in the car?
If so, that'd be great,

Hi I am looking for the center console the bit with the ashtray and cubby hole in front of the gear stick I do not need the heater controls I see some one else wants those but I am after a fog light switch as well can you give me a price thanks Simon

Hi just to clarify VR6 and G60 Corrados are all classed as OBD1 unless they have been converted to OBD2, but VR6s from late 1993 on had OBD2 type plugs you only need the OBD1 adaptor for G60s and early VR6s hope this helps got both leads off ebay myself, both were the cheapest I could find and both work fine!

Get a lead off ebay follow the instrutions to install drivers costs about a tenner, download vagcom lite its free and check your engine any time you like if you don't have a laptop borrow one sorted mine easy was o2 sensor ! did about five miles more to the gallon once done

Hi all 1.8 16v running to fast cold 2000 rpm slows down to idle when lights are turned on and ok when warmed up help! sorry theres more all electrics dim when blipping throttle but not if revving up slowly some times fuel pump fuse blows when blipping throttle ! please any suggestions can swap bits of my golf but where do I start !

Hi there more info turn on lights and idles fine ! turn off revs back up again whats going on !

Hi all some times when starting my 1.8kr engined corrado it starts and runs normally for a few seconds then revs up to around 2000 2500 then after a few minutes settles down again any ideas runs fine when settled back down isv works ok idle bypass screw screwed almost right in !
