  2. Will this show up as fault if plugged into vagcom cheers Chris.
  3. fitted new ignition box tonight, fine until engine warmed up started cutting out again on braking first but then missing all the time unable even to reach 30mph. Any ideas what to go for next cheers Chris.
  4. Leads are new , gone for the new ignition pack hope that sorts it, hope rain holds off a few days got to use the Triumph for work cheers mate Chris.
  5. Got ignition pack off cannot see anything wrong with it unless internal, seen patern ones on ebay at £70.00 might just buy it and see if that eliminates it. Took 2 torques screws out of back of ignition pack but cannot part the thing don't want to force it is it a sealed unit? cheers Chris.
  6. Thanks for that, will take off ignition pack tommorow and check it out , have new plugs and leads fitted ran great yesterday 70+ miles no problem been taking it steady as car has been laid up for nearly 3 years. Awsome motor forgot how good it sounds cheers Chris.
  7. ON in the vr6 today and whilst accellerating 3000 in third engine started juddering, missing and cutting out whilst coming up to juctions on tickover. Took of ISV again and cleaned but no change could it be ignition pack any ideas cheers.
  8. Sorted tonight, took of the ISV, cleaned out with an eather spray from work and freed of mechanism inside started and ran on tickover straight away saved £241.00 + vat i hope cheers Chris.
  9. does anyone have an idea why my vr6 will not tick over, its starts up fine but will not run below 3000rpm. Has new plugs and leads fitted fresh fuel as it has been stood for 18months cheers Chris.
  10. Have the same problem, mine is 93L vr6 won't tick over and stalls unless you boot the throttle and it won't run under 3000rpm.
