That's great cheers pal just stripped it good inside apart from some prick has put a bolt in that's to long where the outlet pipe goes on and has split the casing inside where the bearing fits

Hi just stripping my g lader to rebuild it when I went to remove the drive pulleys I noticed that the 2 alignment dots both face to the top of the charger I thought they should face each other can some one confirm the correct timing please before I put it back together thanks barry

hi on my knock sensor the outer covering has started to come off is this a problem or could i recover it with tape etc

friction plate can only go 1 way

just took the clutch off my g60 as i am stripping the engine for painting the clutch plate is like new the problem i have is the centre of the plate has been rubbing on the flywheel bolts only thing i can think of is the face of the flywheel has been skimmed at some point only drove the car 2 miles before i started to strip it but there were no probs with the clutch my concern is as the plate wears it will get closer to the bolts could it have the wrong clutch plate ?

Hi just had my ecu open to see what chip it has its a psd g60 st5 250cc with a 68mm pulley could anyone give me some info on this chip please cheers

its the hmg 98/11 its more suited for trucks etc but its a good all round paint alot cheaper than car paint you hav'nt got to be so fussy on your prep work its goes on alot thicker than base coat etc advice its a 2 coat system so 1 light coat then 1 full coat when i done mine yesterday it was cold but was still touch dry in 3 hours good paint for the diy person like me done my golf 2 years ago and still looks well
