thanks, yea does look very tight in there. goin with the genuine gaskets as my mill auto are useless and cant get me both gaskets. will add pics as i go along i exppect :bonk:

hi all. recently found myself a 2nd hand stainless manifold. have got myself some heat wrap and some dei silicone sealer. any tips for application? never done it before. i plan to port it slightly as the brackets slightly restrick the new bigger pipes. also tips on fitting the manifold when its all done. we have a 4 poster ramp at work so getting under the car is not a problem. fitted 1 once to honda civic vti but that was on the front of the engine with plenty of room to play with. thanks

hey all. got a problem i can't seam to get my head around. the battery on my vr6 keeps running it self down after not driving her over a week end. after a few weeks of this and charging the battery with runs down the bypass and back i decided to look further into the problem. turns out that when i lock the car using the central locking fob and walk away the car trys to lock itself again and keeps repeating itself every 30 seconds or so (only lock not unlock and lock) . the doors lock and unlock properly on the button so this to me rules out an air leek. its not damp in the foam case that holds the pump so rules out and electrical fault. if i manualy lock the doors there is no problem and battery is fine. any ideas will help out thanks.
