hi all. has been hapening for a while now and cant seam to get my head around it. i no the vr uses a high pressure coolant system anyway but myn keeps dumping alot of coolant out the header tank. iv tried bleeding the system several times with no real issues and the heater works consistantly (hot/cold). it seams after every tank of petrol it will need the expansion tank topping up as the warning lamp indicator flashes. no water on oil cap or dipstick so not really sure where to go next. anybody have any clues. thanks :bonk:

Hi all, need to refurb my rx's on the c and just wondered if anybody has any ideas on colour choices, i like the cades look of black center and matt black lip rather than painting then standard again. lip is going to have to be painted as i have some corrosion and the odd curb mark. wana get it done before run to the sun and the sunny weather gets here if it ever does. heres my car so you can see what colour scheme might look good cheers

hi all, been looking around and using the search but not seam to get what im after. i have come across some wheels from a seller on ebay and before i go jumping into anything i though il do some home work first. the wheels in question... dare rs. beleive they are bbs reps and are what im looking for. there are 2 sizes im looking at. 16 8j and 9j et 25/20 17 8.5j and 10j et30 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16-8J-9J-BRAND-NEW-5x100-5x112-ET25-20-/300635035666?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item45ff3e9812 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/17-8-5J-10J-BRAND-NEW-5x100-5x112-ET30-/270911946222?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item3f139c3dee the question is how much work in arch and spacers will there be to fit either set. and is it wise going for 17s with a 10 inch wheel at the back. i have coilovers allready so height adjustment isnt a problem. my job is painter/repairer at a bodyshop so arch work isnt a problem, thanks for looking and any help will be apreciated. thanks again

had a big box given to me from the ex owner of my vr6 a few weeks back and finaly got around to fitting the alloy elbow that he had in there to replace the stock intake hose after the map sensor. shocked at how much noise differance it makes over the stock. hers my evenings work  thanks to trevr6adict for his help also

ok so after a few days to consider all this info iv decided im going to do this. for £50 quid a wheel its hard to say no. so anyway i was wondering what would be the best size to look at going for. they would have to be 16 inch wheels. and also would like the staggered look but intend on going on track days so need the best sizes to match the use. i am a car body painter by trade so if there are any isues with arch clearance im sure that i can sort it. shame to have to paint the sides again but if needs must
