I've recently got my first Corrado, brought it as a long term project. Every 21 year old car has it's problems, fact.
Front end;
Bumper mount snapped;
The nearside arch;
The offside arch;
And some more rust, the rear badge was hanging off, so I gave it a tug and off it come, this is what I found underneath;
So it needs some attention to say the least. Plans;
Cosmetic;
Rust & body Impurities sorted.
Completely new paint (Engine out ect)- The previous person had someone do a shocking job before. Undecided on colour. Ivory?
New wheels - Undecided.
Lowered on coilovers.
Full Leather.
Engine;
I want to get the most out of the 1.8KR. Engine will be out for paint so I'm going to be tidying the block up & replacing a fair bit. New clutch. New gaskets. General clean up & maintinance.
Stainless Manifold.
Stainless custom fabricated exhaust. Undecided on what I want to do.
Headwork. Again still doing my research on what's best.
Cams. As above, doing my research on what's best.
