Currently in a 'Re-Birth' phase -(probably more commonly known as mid-life crisis) - been a head chef for many years now home and abroad but trying to get into food production now - I reckon it's time to put something back into the loop - hence my new fascination with inventing and adapting hydroponic/aeroponic systems - mainly into growing superhot chillis and various lettuces at the moment - but hope to expand my range soon........
