PLEASE HELP, i did own a Corrado Bahn BrennerG60 until my partner crashed in it, nobody was hurt just him with 12 broken ribs.

My partner is being prosecuted for knowingly driving a vehicle that was defective, the problem being an Anti Vibration Dampener that had become dislodged and moved up the driveshaft to wear on the brake pipe.

The police used phrases like 'a bomb going off under the car and we cant see how you managed to drive it straight, you must have known.

The car drove perfectly and had none of these symtoms. Has anybody else experienced this as i need to prove his innocence!
