sorted whooop changed the tank, checked the hoses. took it out let it run up for around half an hour, temp didnt go past 90. yeah it has the blue cap on.

theres no pressure in the hoses so i dont think its the water pump, hopefully.

the cap cracked off straight away, wasnt hard to get off like, if its not that, i'll get the thermostat out and test it, only a few quid for a new one like, check all the pipes, looks as if its already had a new rad if not a new core. fingerscrossed

yeah mate thats what lilfuzzer told me, ive just been up and bought a tank off him, i pulled the black cover away from the tank and didnt seem anything to be flowing out, the top half of the tanks dry but ****ing out the middle dripping down to the bottom. got to be the problem i think. soon be sorted

looking at the tank earlier when its running and its seems to be leaking from the half seal, got a replacement one so i'll chuck it on tomorrow and run it up and see if its any good. Also do you or anyone know how to wire the fan up to be constant/switchable cheers Aid

Hi guys. Pulled my car off the drive earlier to Hoover it out and give it a quick rinse. I left it running for around 15mins and the temp went upto 110. I turned it off and the header tank was bubbling when I cracked the cap off and the tank is leaking. Going to get a new tank from somewhere, any suggestions to do after I change it Cheers Aid

After a Passenger Side door handle (outside) as mine is snapped and can't get it repaired by Dave16V as he doesnt supply the part and is best off buying one. Preferably in Sunderland or surrounding area? Cheers, Aid

ive emailed the lad on here, Dave a think it is who supplies them so when i get one i'll give you a shout and see if we can break it a mean fix it ;) haha typical, ya might know me brother, or brothers, red MK2 golf gti lived on Kayll Road? and a silver G60 on porsche alloys and stuff, got it off the lad in town end farm with them on the drive and stuff :D

I've talked to him yesterday and they're getting posted today? I've talked to him before an explained too? He knows the situation, I'm not trying to mug anyone off, just when a mate is in a critical condition in hospital the last thing on my mind is posting headlights. theres Matts reply off what i sent him on facebook. To me, if he has time to message me back, he can surely send Rob a text with the situation, also i think hes a bit of a person who makes things up when hes in the wrong. in other words, a W****R ha. I really do hope Rob gets the lights as it makes me feel like S***t and it just isnt fair on the lad. and that fiesta is a right bag of hammers, Carbs are Fluffed on it, wiring is burnt out on it, and its a mess the way my mate left it to be honest.

I'm the person who has his the car now with Rob's (dumptyboy) headlights in, i managed to get him a number for Matt so he can contact him, ive also left him a nice message for him on facebook, and by the war he's 18 years old, same age as me and to be honest he looks like a w****r, he swapped the car with my mate who owned the fiesta and i swapped my bmw for the corrado. heres the message ive left him what make him see sense; Right, ive been on a forum and i posted a picture of the car and a lad called Rob posted on the picture that the headlights on the car are his which you havnt paid for and havnt posted inpro lights to him. he said to me that he wants the headlights back off me if he doesnt receive a payment or reply etc about these headlights. So, i suggest that you grow a pair, and tell the lad what has been a genuine lad to you and posted them down to you and then sold the car all the way up north, without telling him the situation with sorting it out. If nothing happens or he doesnt get replies/tracking numbers/payment I will personally come down to your house and ill pick him up and then sort it out. Do you know how that makes me feel infront off all the forum lads and towards Rob, in my words your pathetic and think you can get away with bumping people, well thats not happening when it involves me. So youve been warned, bearing in mind all the people on the forum know about this and it makes you look like an absolute ****er basically. Sort it out!

took my door handle off to see what was wrong with it and found a small piece of metal snapped off, looks as it its the bit what pushes againts the releaser to open the door. Any ideas where supplies them? Cheers, Aid

well personally i would find him and smash him up and his cars, i dont know if your 24 stone and 6ft 5 but it wouldnt happen to me, i get what u mean but im not spending money on new headlights when ive been made redundant and have no money what so ever to buy any. i know what u mean though but that is between u and him to sort out, was there any proof of sale?

Hi Rob, I havn't got a contact number for him, he swapped a lad who i know for a mk2 fiesta with this and i swapped my bmw for this, ive only got him on facebook, unfortunately you can't have the headlights back, what am i meant to put on to use it, its not my problem that he hasn't paid you, sorry. i'll see if i can get a number for you though
