Please get one for me. Need it urgently

Hi all I am a newbie and just bought my dream car vr6 mk2 rado. Can anyone tell me if its normal to hear a fan type noise when I turn the parking lights on? If not should I be worried or what could it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sam.

Hi could someone get one for me please? I am new to the forum and just bought a 1996 vr6 which has a dodgy switch. Are these new, genuine VW ones?
