what rad/fans are people using. ive just put the engine in. using standard 16v rad but fan motor seems to be sitting too far back into the engine bay catching rad pipes. and help would be great thanks

pretty sure ignition switch has gone. can start car with ignition on and run a wire from battery to starter. but not all the way on the key. does anyone know wheres best to get a new switch? cheers :thumbleft:

hi all, Up for sale are my powertech design D 4x100 & 4x108 multi fit. 16inch 9j all around. Et20. only had these for 4 months or so but decided to go a different direction with my project. 1 of the rims has been cracked on the back of the wheel but the previous owner of these had it proffesionally repaired. ive never had any problems and holds air fine (see photo) all the wheels have been curbed around the lips and 1 has been rubbed by something on the lip. I brought them like this with the plan to get them refurbed but didnt really bother me as they still look pretty good. they have 215/45/16 falkens on with a slight strech. good tread all over although the inside edges of a couple have slighly more wear than the rest of the tyre. I'm after £300ono. located in dorking, surrey. 10mins from both j8 & j9 on the m25 call/text me on 0777 eight 50 55 nine four

Right... Spoke to the chap. hes positive they are et58 7j & 8j. 2x 25mm adapters and 2x 30mm adapters. i want the c to be low but not crazy low as i have to many country lanes round my way. front arches have been rolled. Yet to do the rears. bristolbaron does this make sence?

been looking at some d90 wheels. et58 7.5 & 8j. with 20mm adapters will these clear the suspension etc? its on a valver as well. cheers:thumbleft:

cheers guys. i used the methods you used but just couldnt get anything inside the arch to get enough push if you know what i mean. arch enemy wanted to charge 160 to do all 4 arches, i think thats a bargain if they were to get all the underseal out aswell. nightmare. thanks for the replys anyway back to the arches i go....

hi guys have had a search and a look through the 20vt thread but get so many mixed answers that i though id ask here to try get some. basically i have just picked up an AGU engine. putting the engine in im fine but the electrics are where im not so great. i dont want to go down the qpeng route but have come across vagtronics service where they decode the ecu and adapt the loom. has anyone used this? also what intercoolers have people used? have read up about the merc sprinters but dont fancy cutting chunks out the car to fit it. some people say use the g60 intercooler but some say dont! and finally the engine came with a brand spanking new ko3s turbo as well as the ko3 already on it. is it worth fitting this before i put the engine? cheers!

cheers for the replys guys. i just thought as the abf had 150bhp compared to the corrados 136bhp id be paying less. but i guess it doesnt work like that. balls!
