  1. Thanks for the info. I will probably have a go myself if the guide doesn't look to complicated
  2. Hi the exterior rubber seal on my sunroof is perished. The car is a 1990 1.8 16v. Does anyone know where I can get one and is it a DIY job or would I need it fitted. Thanks Chris.
  3. Ok I may be interested Ben. How much are you looking for and do you have any pics
  4. I didn't realise that they weren't compatible, so probably won't bother with them. bbs could be a good option though, if I can find some that don't require a refurb and don't cost more than the car's worth!
  5. Thanks for that Dave. I think I might go for some vr6 alloys
  6. Cheers Ben, Yeh yellow one's have always done it for me too. I won't be hard to spot, so I'm sure I'll see you around the area
  7. Ok thanks for that doughboy. I would like to go for something less boy racer, so I'll keep an eye on these
  8. Yes I'm all for standard car's and also particularly dislike the wheels. So will be on the look out for a decent set soon. Mechanically it's all standard and really tidy. The engine and gearbox seem smooth, so fingers crossed it'll be a good one
  9. Ha ha what a small world it is! By period features do you mean the interior or exterior as well. This being my first one I'm not sure what to do to it, what would you suggest
  10. What was the point in him ever owning any car, as he'd never of been of sane enough mind to drive it back in the day
  11. I'm afraid I don't either but, that is a stunning motor!
  12. I'm with Tesco and worried they could do the same now!
  13. I just got my 1.8 16v insured fully comp for £272 with Tesco car insurance. I'm 33 with no points by the way
  14. Hi to everyone, my name is Chris from Hemel Hempstead. I have always been a big fan of corrado's since my next door neighbor who worked for vw in the early 90's brought home a yellow g60 and took me and my dad out for a spin in it. Wow it blew me away and I have always wanted one ever since. Well last week I finally decided to buy one for myself. It is a 1990 1.8 16v in yellow! I have posted pics of it in the members gallery if you want to check it out and let me know what you think. Anyway I look forward to becoming a frequent poster on here and having many interesting chats. Bye for now Chris
  15. Hi everyone, I have just joined the forum and have just bought my first corrado from a guy in Peterborough. What do you think?
