dash bulb fuse keeps blowing

Recommended Posts

You need to check the tail lights out, I think they may be on the same fuse. I doubt the switch to be at fault.

Its only the no. plate bulbs which are on the same fuse, will have another look tomorrow when I can get some fuses. I only had one fuse, and when I put it in operating the dash resistor thingy appeared to make it blow?

Ok update, stuck another fuse in no problem, number plate lights working now, however it appears that the dash lights are not still ( might just be me ) But as soon as you move the resistor thingy on the headlight switch all the way to the bottom the fuse blows? It doesnt seem to illuminate the dash bulbs either?

How typically corrado strange

yeah using a 10amp fuse, just borrowed ants headlight switch and the same thing happens so its not that. The dash bulbs dont light up even with the fuse in, but it only blows when the resistor is all the way down.

Will have to get some more fuses tomorrow.
