khurrado 0 Posted October 28, 2004 Ive always been under the impression that only th 8v s are worth chipping, but ive been advised that there is a 16 valve chip floating around....does anyone know any thing abou ttihs????? Im having my engine modded, and am looking for all the little extras that i can put on.ive got 1 day off work left on it and so any help woul;d be appreciated......ive just uprated the cams, and chain, and also changed belt and tensioner.....other than that, im doing other work as well......but wanted to know if there was any other ways i can get a bit more kick out of the engine..........i looked at forced induction, but cant find any answers for the 16valve....and have bn advised to stick with panel filter........also heard discussions about 4 branch manfilds but idont know anything about em..... if anyone has any advice then please pleqsae give us a hand.
