Joe M 0 Posted May 29, 2003 First thing I would check would be fuses, not sure what one. If there all fine feel round the back of the fusebox and make sure all the plugs are clicked in fully, the wires about there are pretty tight and they can pop out. VR6 0 Posted May 29, 2003 Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. Happened on one of my old Golf's that had been left for a while. Odd that it should just go blank though so I doubt that disconnecting the battery will help. Worth a shot if all else fails tho - and it won't cost you anything! Self-explanatory really. They are really useful - the 'view posts since last visit' especially so as it saves you jumping about between forums and just gives you a list of newly replied threads.
