What does an original exhaust look like for a 2.0 16v? Is this one?

Thanks. I wasn't too sure, as the actual tailpipe almost feels stuck on, as you can feel the back of it if you pop you hand underneath, almost as if it's a kind of trim stuck on top.

 

Do you know what the tailpipe is made from? Is it stainless? I've got a bit of a dink on the very tip of mine and wondering about getting some pliers or hammer on it to try and straighten it back out.

yup, the tip is stainless, the rest of the system is high quality steel.

Don't suppose you can purchase the tips seperately can you? And if so, how much one would cost?

nope, it's welded onto the main back box... :|

didnt realise the dull matt finnish tailpipe was stainless 8) will get the buffer out and clean mine up then :D

my wallet's just been caned getting my valver through the MOT. back box is gonna go soon, any suggestions for budget replacement to tide me over? or anyone got a good supplier for a well priced stainless set up?
