Jstar 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Whats the best way to insure 2 cars that belong to me. At the momment I thinking 3rd party on the Rado as its now my weekend run about and full comp on my dail driver a stylish ford focus :( . At the minute I'm being quoted £298 for the Rado and £267 for the focus. I was hoping to get it lower than this though. And dont ask to quote me happy! Because I'm not. Tempest 0 Posted February 18, 2005 I'd do it the opposite way around. Put the Rado on fully comp, as that's your cherished one, surely not the Focus. The reason being, yes it is more expensive, that after my accident with my Mk1 I was glad to have fully comp qwith agreed valuation, otherwise you can wait ages for you to claim the dosh off the third party insurance, if you get involved in an accident with your Rado. Who cares about the Focus? It's a Ford after all (yes I have driven those things, tight cornering? Try it and be scared) Tempest
Jstar 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Good point Tempest never thought of that idea doh!!! Brentacre as advised on this forum is by far the best value for the rado.
