wheel bearing

i think i have a noisy wheel bearing there is no slackness there so is it this? or something else i do have drilled discs and have heard they make a bit of noise sometimes

I would expect if it's the brakes making the noise it'll change or become more/less apparent when the brakes are applied. Wheel bearings make a fairly distinctive constant rumbling noise, but the rears are cheap (like £8 a side) and easy to change.

 

A good test is to listen for the noise getting louder/quieter while cornering. Louder on left handers is the right wheel bearing, and vice versa for right handers.
