Earth Cable to Front Engine Mount

Could someone tell me what earth cable fixes to the front engine mount

didnt see any myself when i changed my mount a couple of weeks ago. Not sure It'd be too effective, as there's rubber separating the two ends of mount.

There is no earth on the engine mount, the wires you can see are for Knock Sensor no 1 and the crank sensor.
