Supercharged 2 Posted March 17, 2005 Shatter proof ruler does the job nicely! you may also need some pliers to help unplug the wiring...

Ford 0 Posted March 18, 2005 Burnout, you got a pic of your C on santa monica's - seen them on golfs and always wondered what they would look like on the C. I imagine pretty good! Sorry back to topic...
Burnout 0 Posted March 18, 2005 ................RE: pics of the Rado on SantaMonicas. I'll try and sort that out. Keeps it looking OEM and updates it somewhat, complimented by having it lowered too. IMO its the best wheel match yet. I believe they're a mrk4 Golf option. Thanks for the interest.

Furkz 0 Posted March 18, 2005 how much are the originals,,where u dont loose the heated feature?
G60Jet 1 Posted March 18, 2005 not sure how much they are but im sure one side is more expensive than the over due to the lense factor, but TVR dealers do the same mirror glass
dr_mat 0 Posted March 18, 2005 IIRC they're about £35 + VAT each from the dealer. I asked once and decided to camp on ebay instead... Not sure about the lens thing - my VR doesn't have a noticeable lens effect on either side (usually the driver's if it's going to have one). If you can get an aftermarket glass *with* lens effect do it, they're a great way to get rid of the enormous blind spot...
Supercharged 2 Posted March 19, 2005 One side is £35, the other £25 (can't remember which..) Neither come with the lens effect which I agree was very useful, had it on my MK2...
